Not sure where your IT environment stands?

Transitioning ISS clients can take advantage of our basic network assessment which offer extremely valuable insight into your current network and IT needs - at no cost.

Our technicians are highly trained at uncovering potential pitfalls and security vulnerabilities. We pride ourselves on the depth of our reporting and documentation which allows us to identify short term and long term hardware and network needs. Additionally, our assessment process allows us to work together with each individual client to map out future goals and make sure all aspects of your infrastructure are up to the challenge.

Once we’ve identified all issues and have provided immediate solutions to relieve all pain points, we recommend ongoing continuous maintenance. This process serves to mitigate the risks, provide constant monitoring and immediate response, not if, but when a failure happens.

We primarily deliver proactive IT maintenance services through flat-rate managed IT service. Designed to reduce your costs, increase your productivity and mitigate your business risks; we partner with you as your Virtual IT Department. This allows you to focus on running your business, not your technology. We offer a variety of plans that include both onsite technical support as well as remote IT support. We love providing service to multi location businesses no matter where they are located.

Contact us today and learn how the BAE Networks experience can help you do business better. We are passionate about your technology.

Frequently Asked Questions

When did ISS become part of BAE?
The transition took place 10/1/2017

Why did ISS become part of BAE?
ISS leadership was presented with a very special opportunity to work directly and exclusively with a client. After deciding to pursue this opportunity the decision was made to migrate ISS clients to another company that had the same technical capabilities and perhaps more importantly, the same moral and ethical integrity as ISS. Since BAE is an honest company that puts clients before profits, BAE was chosen to be the migration successor.

Did any of the ISS support staff go to BAE?
Yes! We have several familiar faces from ISS as part of our team.

How does BAE compare to ISS?
We offer all the same services, and then some. Our approach may be a little different in some areas, but we find that it works great for our 100+ managed clients. Size wise our team is larger, financially our rates are similar. As far as availability, we're here for you on call 24/7 with our standard hours of 8a-5p M-F.

Why should we consider BAE?
See for yourself, give us the opportunity to meet with you and your team and we will explain our approach to IT as well as our history as a company. Additionally, ISS has agreed to exclusively help BAE with transitional knowledge and support for clients moving to us.

Is BAE a good fit for our organization?
We have clients ranging from a two user law office, to a 65 user manufacturing company, all they way up to a 300 user educational facility. There is no client too small or too large and we service all industries and markets; education, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit - the list goes on.
